Dom Lange

Co-Founder/Broker
Dom Lange graduated from Boston University in 1998 and has been working in the Boston real estate market ever since.

Dom was the on-site sales manager for Court Square Press and the Macallen Building in South Boston before co-founding Broadway Village Real Estate with Lindsay Smith in 2011.

Since arriving in South Boston in the spring of 2002, Dom has sold over $100 million in residential condominiums.

Dom was one of the founding members of the West Broadway Neighborhood Association (wbroadway.org) in 2005 and has been intimately involved with all development that has occurred in the neighborhood in the last decade.

Dom lives in South Boston with his wife and two children.

Lindsay Smith

Co-Founder/Broker

Lindsay Smith graduated from Boston University with a major in advertising and a minor in psychology.

Lindsay started her real estate career in Cambridge with BostonHomes real estate. Lindsay became an on-site sales manager for the waterfront property The Atlantica Condominiums on Revere Beach. Lindsay then managed a rental team for Real Estate Boston in Brookline before co-founding Broadway Village Real Estate with Dom Lange in 2011.

Lindsay lives in the seaport district of South Boston and enjoys city life, traveling home to her native Canada and reporting part-time for the Boston Bruins with weei.com.

Elizabeth Guenard

Real Estate Professional

Elizabeth Grunes graduated from UMass Amherst and received her Masters of Science in Management from Lesley University.

Since starting in real estate in 2007, Elizabeth has done over $11 million in real estate transactions.  After moving to South Boston in 2004, Elizabeth appreciates the ever changing dynamic of South Boston and the Seaport District.

Before working in real estate, Elizabeth worked as a Professional Chef and catered events for East Meets West based out of South Boston.  Elizabeth lives in South Boston and enjoys cooking, traveling, and cheering for New England sports teams with her fiancé Eric.

Amy Fairchild

Real Estate Professional

Amy Fairchild joins the Broadway Village team with an extensive background in both sales and rentals.  Her many years of experience make her one of the more knowledgeable agents in the field, having successfully found homes for her clients in countless properties all over the Greater Boston area.

Amy began her professional career as a recording artist and is in the process of finishing up her third record, to be released soon.  In 2003, after the release of her second record, Amy took a part time job as a rental agent. Eight years later she finds herself loving a new career that serendipitously found her.

After 3 years of studying classical music as an undergrad at Ithaca College and UMass Amherst, Amy left traditional schooling, taught herself the guitar and began writing songs. Her love of music, creativity and ability to communicate as a performer gives her a unique insight and a direct, candid style with her clients. She currently lives in Boston and is excited to join Broadway Village.
